This week we are featuring farms for our spotlight!

First up, the Town of Zotterdale!

A set of public farms available to everyone, as long as they replant! 

Next up we have the village Arendelle, with their quaint little public farm.

This concludes the Weekly Gaze! I thought for a while on what to feature this weekend. And I thought, why not town halls? I am aware that all might not have town halls, so I will feature any town building if you DO NOT have a town hall. Also, when you are submitting a Gazer End entry, please remember to add in the build you are featuring that week or I may not add your entry in. 

Server Down for Maintenance

We are up and running again!  Unfortunately during the downtime MyHorse and chat titles/colors got reset.

Fixing horses is easy enough. Simply mount your horse, enter the command "/mh claim" and then "/mh name DesiredHorseNameHere".  Problem solved!

Chat colors and titles will be a little trickier.  Otter will fix the issues as she sees them, but a reminder wouldn't hurt!  You can either flag her down if you see her online in game or you can use the letter command to drop her a note.

1. Enter the command "/letter AndStartWritingYourLetterHere".  
2. You can add more to your letter by holding the letter in your hand and doing the "/letter" command again. 
3. Do "/post Otterun" while holding the letter and it will be sent to her. 

Let Otter know what your title was and what town you were a part of and she'll fix you write up.

Those who logged on early this morning may have witnessed some of the server's wonky behavior.  It's 7am my time and I've submitted support tickets to our host to ask for help and I've been attempting to call their office, but they don't open until 9am.

I tried fighting off the bugs myself but to no avail!

The plugins weren't loading correctly and the whitelist apparently turned off as non-whitelisted people were getting in.  I'm going to keep the server offline temporarily so we don't unintentionally cause damage to player files and so griefers can't get in.

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. :( I'll update this post as soon as I find out anything more and I'll be in touch with you guys via the skype group.  If you haven't added me already, my skype name is Otterun.

Gazer-ends!

I need a name for every weekend blog update, I picked Gazer-ends. Might change it. Any suggestions?

This week we have a few new settlements. First up, Steamtown! (-1300, -1400) This place literally raises the roof!

Next, Sanctuary! (-200, -100) Not quite finished, but on such a scale that its few halls and partially completed tower qualified it for a settlement. 

Now for our Spotlight! 

First up we have Arendelle! Featuring Malachismomma's Netherbrick brewery! 

The ground floor features a contrasting floor plan, an enchanting table, furnaces, brewing stands, and a cohesive theme that will catch any eye.

Here comes Zotterdale with another almost-living build. A giant snowman right in the middle of, well, the side of the town. Inside is a snow/pumpkin farm for zottermites to collect theme materials for their builds. Built by our very own ltaggz3. 

Stoneheart grinds up to the plate with a farm built by the esteemed robertej09. The farm was created so players could mass-produce animals and not lag up their homes. Ask rob about its location in order to make use of the space!

For next Gazer-end I will be focusing on farms! The coolest, biggest, well-builtest, ugliest, something-est, farms in Gazercraft! Can be animal or plant farms. (Decorative gardens may also be submitted) 

GUESS WHAT I GOT 100%, 90%, 100% ON MY FIRST THREE SCHOOL ASSIGNMENTS IN THAT ORDER I AM SO SMART I SCARE MYSELF. Sorry for my inactivity everyone. Skyrim *.* 

Happy Father's Day!

New Moderator!

Tana (Malachismomma) has recently joined the ranks of Gazer Staff!  She will be acting as our newest (and only) moderator, charged with whitelisting as well as making sure users are abiding by the chat rules.

 Her maturity, honesty, and dedication to the game make her a fine candidate and Z and I are confident that she will do an excellent job. :)

Colossal Builds!

Featured this week are colossal builds! We have two entries, our very own Stoneheart and the frozen, though warm, Zotterdale.

First to the plate is Stoneheart. With their featured build being . . . Mama Chicken?

*slowly slides away* Stoneheart is a large, spread out village with inconceivably more to offer than   . . . Mama Chicken . . . Though she is impressive, and a mite bit scary, I do admit. 

Moving on, we have our frozen kingdom, Zotterdale! Their Colossal build is . . . well, a hole in the ground. It has several levels of mining clear down to bedrock. No safety rails, though, so be careful. This mine is available to Zottermites and their invited guests to mine to their hearts' content.

Next week we will focus on town leader's -or second's- builds. *note that they need to have a finished section of the build to feature, but the whole build in itself doesn't have to be complete.*

Also, to all those seeking upgrades, I know I haven't been quite reliable. I started school and also have a full time job. And Skyrim *.*   Aaaaanyway, I am planning on *trying* to get promotions moving forward this week and during next weekend. Good luck everyone and have fun! 

Gazercrafters!

Gazercrafters, be aware that I very much want to post a weekend blog update! I will be focusing on colossal builds! Your tallest tower, largest floor plan, anything considered above the normal. I wouldn't mind a hole in the ground even, if it is a big one. So be on the prowl town leaders and find your next item to feature in the weekend blog update!
