GazerCraft: Lockette

What is it?
Lockette is a plugin that allows users to lock and protect their chests from theft and damages by simply placing a wooden sign on them. Users may also lock doors to keep others out of a room or valuable blocks so they can display them without others breaking them.

Why do we have it?
While the vast majority of our community members are honest, good hearted people, the bad egg does occasionally slip in and no one is above temptation. This is to prevent theft as well as other users from snooping through your valuables.

How Can I Opt Out?
You can opt out of Lockette by not placing signs on doors or chests.

Useful Commands
You do not have to enter a command to have Lockette protect your chests and doors; all you have to do is place a sign on a chest or door and it will automatically be set to "[Private] <Username>". However, if you want to make a valuable block private (unbreakable) or if you want to add additional people to a private sign, here is what you will have to do.

/lockette 3 <FriendName>

RIGHT CLICK A PRIVATE SIGN FIRST. You must right click the sign first to select the sign. Hi "t" to bring up chat and then type in the command. This will add a new user to the third line of your private sign and will allow them to access your door/chest you selected.

/lockette 4 <FriendName>

RIGHT CLICK A PRIVATE SIGN FIRST. You must right click the sign first to select the sign. Hi "t" to bring up chat and then type in the command. This will add a new user to the fourth line of your private sign and will allow them to access your door/chest you selected.

/lockette 3 <GroupName>

RIGHT CLICK A PRIVATE SIGN FIRST. You must right click the sign first to select the sign. Hi "t" to bring up chat and then type in the command. This will add a new group (such as your village, town, city, or metropolis) to the third line of your private sign and will allow everyone in that group (everyone with the suffix "of <GroupName>" access to that chest.

WARNING: LOCKETTE BUG

There is currently a glitch that allows malicious users to take your items out of chests by using a hopper. Do NOT leave your chests floating. Be sure to put a claimed and protected item under your chest (such as a furnace with a [private] sign or an empty/junk chest with a [private] sign) to prevent people from doing this.
